Chelsea Dade is the founder and owner of Communicate For Health Justice (CFHJ), a health communication and social impact consultancy focused on creating impact through communication and expanding pathways for youth of color to learn, work, and lead.

A reserved child growing up in environments where she did not always see herself or her perspective reflected, Chelsea found an early outlet for expression through the arts. Her training in professional dance and rhythmic gymnastics from ages four to 21 helped her develop confidence, discipline, and an appreciation for the power of expression.

With a background in psychology, public health, and health communication, Chelsea brings together consulting, education, and workforce development to help organizations communicate more thoughtfully while creating opportunities for the next generation to be heard, equipped, and empowered.
